Good product and good service

Really pleased with the coffee machine and after a bit of experimenting we have the grinding and pouring set to our tastes. Service from Cateryard was excellent and they responded really quickly when we had a question.

For my needs as a coffee lover of good coffee this machine is great. I have fun making coffee now. The only downside is my inability to make barista quality coffee, but hey ho I’m thinking a course might fix that! Don’t think that makes the coffee undrinkable because it most certainly is super enjoyable!!!!!! 😁

Horrible company, terrible customer service and incredibly faulty product that stopped working after one go. Please safe yourself the trouble and do not waste your money on this.

Hi Nilofar, thank you for your comment. According to our diagnosis and the videos we sent you yesterday, your grinder is simply clogged and there is nothing wrong with it. We would also like to share these videos here with other customers who encountered the same problem (clogged grinder).
