2mm Slicing Disc (HLC-300-P2)

We have an Adexa Vegetable Preparation Machine but when the slicing disc for it wore out, Adexa was not able to provide a replacement neither did they keep spares in stock. That would have meant the slicing machine costing over $400k would have become useless for us. I reached out to Cateryard support via webchat and although they could not be sure this would fit the slicing machine, they responded to my queries quickly and agreed to accept it back if it did not fit. Luckily for me, it did and that has saved me and my business. Thank you!
